More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the images.

Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing distinct sections of the estate.

In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.

More images made public as part of the current congressional release.
